Receptionist
Receptionist
The Haven Veterinary Group is looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic person to join our front of house team who provide excellent customer care to our clients. This a permanent, full-time role to include some Saturday work with time given back in lieu. You will be required to work at both of our practices in Hull and Hedon providing a service for our companion animal, farm and equine clients.
Summary
As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our practice and provide a high quality, professional service for clients and their pets.
You will provide a professional reception service for colleagues in line with practice policies and standard operating procedures and communicate effectively with the clinical team.
You will be required to participate in practice meetings and CPD events to develop your knowledge and skills.
Skills / Qualifications
– Previous experience of working in a veterinary setting or front of house is essential
– Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
– Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
– Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other software
– Previous office or administrative experience is a plus
